A private tour means your guide works exclusively for your group. No other guests join your experience at any point. The pace, the focus, and the conversation belong entirely to you.

All group sizes are welcome. For experiences inside Notre-Dame and other intimate venues, we arrange your group in clusters of five, each with their own dedicated licensed guide. This ensures everyone receives the same quality of attention regardless of party size.

All our tours are available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Italian. Please indicate your preferred language at the time of booking in the notes field.

Your guide will be at the meeting point indicated on your booking confirmation, holding a sign with the SZ logo. For Notre-Dame tours, the meeting point is the Statue de Charlemagne on the Parvis Notre-Dame. Full details are sent 24 hours before your experience.

For Notre-Dame Cathedral, shoulders and knees must be covered. We recommend comfortable flat footwear for all walking tours as Paris streets and cathedral floors can be uneven.

Our walking tours operate in all weather. If severe weather makes a tour impossible, your guide will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. We recommend bringing a light layer and umbrella for outdoor tours.

Absolutely. Our guides adapt the experience for all ages. Children often find private tours more engaging than group experiences — the guide can tailor stories and pace specifically for younger visitors.

All tour prices include your licensed guide for the full duration. Entry tickets are included where stated on the individual tour page. Food, drinks and transport to the meeting point are not included unless specified.
